URGENT! English and French teachers wanted!
We are seeking native language teachers for evening lessons. You should be an experienced second language teacher, available in the evenings and it is preferable that you have a car.
You should be aware that we only engage native-language speakers. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual teachers will be expected to teach the language in which they were educated. Even if you believe that your knowledge of a language is equal to a native speaker, we cannot consider your application if the language you wish to teach is not your native language.
We are particularly interested in people who have been teaching their subject to non-native speakers for at least one year.
We seek qualified foreign language teachers and although teaching certificate may be an advantage, we do not consider this as sufficient evidence of an ability to teach. We will always take into consideration other relevant qualifications and your teaching background.
All our teachers work on a freelance basis and we are unable to offer fixed hours and minimum number of classes. Teachers are responsible for all financial obligations concerning health insurance and pension contributions, which can be quite high in Belgium.
